Our team always preview properties on your behalf reporting back to you with videos, photos and our recommendations. We understand that some of our clients are unable to visit London before committing to a rental property and we are totally used to operating with this setup, ensuring ultra-clear communication channels and acting as your eyes and ears on the ground. We’ll only ever recommend properties which are totally fit for purpose and meet with your specific search criteria.
Next steps are for us to run analysis on the property; its condition and the local market sales data to provide you with comfort and guidance around the proposed purchase price. Before proceeding further, we will work with you to agree an offer price and other key terms rental terms including length of contract, break clause, furnishings and pre-repairs. We take full ownership of this process, liaising closely with the rental agent and landlord while keeping you fully updated. It’s our primary objective to secure your new home for the best price and the most favourable terms.

Referencing and contract
Once the rental terms have been agreed, we’ll secure the property with 1 week’s rental deposit, allowing us time to organise the tenant referencing and administrative information required to complete the tenancy agreement prior to your move in date.

Your move
We remain on hand to ensure a smooth process right up to your start date, and then carry out a thorough property pre-check on your behalf, and will be in attendance for the official inventory check that is organised by the landlord.
Where required we can hold a set of keys and also make introductions to professional and local moving companies, furniture suppliers, education consultants, chefs and home security firms – anything you need to make your relocation more comfortable we are on hand to assist with.
