Property Rental & Management

Where requested, we will collect keys on your behalf and arrange for the property to be marketed for rental. We can oversee the complete lettings process, from instructing the best rental agent and organising ongoing management and maintenance of the property.

Our Fees

Investment Purchase

We charge a deductable retainer fee to begin the search process lasting for a 6 month period. Our success fee is based on a fixed % of the purchase price.
