An initial retainer secures a six-month search and is deducted from the success fee, payable only on legal completion. This can be an agreed percentage of the purchase price or a fixed fee, depending on your preference and search requirements.
Your tailored proposal clearly sets out all fees, including any minimum fee and applicable VAT.
Property Rental
Our rental search service includes an initial registration fee and a success fee payable once we secure your chosen property. Fees are tailored to your requirements and the support needed, with all costs and applicable VAT clearly agreed before instruction.
