WHAT IS A BUYING AGENT?

A Buying Agent can also be known as a ‘Search Agent’ or ‘Property Finder’ and they act for property buyers to source suitable homes, negotiate terms and guide a transaction through to successful completion. Most importantly, a Buying Agent will only ever represent the buyer, whereas estate agents always represent the seller and their best interests
