Once we’ve agreed your requirement brief, we immediately get to work with your property search. We run detailed market analysis across your targeted location, working with our extensive network and initially focusing on off-market properties, which haven’t been brought to the open market yet.
As London property search agents, we always preview properties of interest on our client’s behalf, and then present a shortlist of target homes which match your brief. We provide key information about the property, the sellers position and the immediate locations, as well as running analysis on the guide price and providing you with context and data to support our findings.

As part of our London Buying Agent service, we work alongside your appointed solicitor to move the transaction forwards as quickly and smoothly as possible and are always on hand to provide you with advice and support with any contract queries or issues that may occur pre-exchange. Once we’ve exchanged and prior to completion, we carry out a thorough pre-completion check on the property, ensuring everything is as it should be and ready for you to take occupation.
