If you are then happy and want to move forwards, we charge a small deductible retainer to begin the search process and secure our retained services for a 6 month period. The success fee is based upon a fixed % of the purchase price and this is only due upon legal completion.
Property Rental
For a rental search our commission payable will be the equivalent to one months’ rent of the secured property (subject to a minimum fee of £5000).
