Our Fees & How We’re Paid
Property Purchase
We ensure that our fee structure is the most competitive across the market and the initial consultation meeting is totally free.
If you are then happy and want to move forwards, we charge a small deductible retainer to begin the search process and secure our retained services for a 6 month period. The success fee is based upon a fixed % of the purchase price and this is only due upon legal completion.
Property Rental
For a rental search our commission payable will be the equivalent to one months’ rent of the secured property.
